Most Insurances are Accepted

Referrals
Referrals from your primary care physician that may be required by your insurance company are your responsibility. You will usually need to contact your primary care physician at least one week prior to your visit. Referrals are typically required for follow-up visits as well.
Insurance Co-Pays
Most insurance plans require patients to make a co-payment at the time of their visit. All co-pays will be collected at the time of check-in. Please be prepared to pay your co-pay directly prior to your scheduled appointment.
Insurance Deductibles
Most insurance plans have deductibles that apply for surgical procedures. Patients are required to pay their deductible prior to their surgical procedure.
Payment Forms Accepted
Atlanta Hand Specialist accepts many forms of payment including cash, checks, as well as Visa, Master Card, and America Express. Be sure to bring your insurance card, driver's license and co-payments with you to all office visits.
